Originally, I wanted to arrange financing of an apartment offered by LEXXUS with my bank, so I went there to get information about my options before seeing a real estate agent. At the session with the real estate agent, I also met with a LEXXUS Mortgage broker, who offered me financing customized for me, while respecting all project requirements. Even though I am a VIP client of my bank, the offer of LEXXUS Mortgage was more favourable, particularly regarding supplementary costs to the mortgage arrangement. When I found out what is included in LEXXUS Mortgage services and what they would arrange for me, I decided to take advantage of it. The number of requirements and conditions I would have had to meet as an independent applicant was enormous – an expert’s assessment of the property, mortgage drawing conditions, meeting all deadlines, entering documents in the Land Registry, etc. True, I was a little skeptical about the extent of promised services, but reality set me straight. I am still abroad at the moment, but would like to thank you for your services. My girlfriend and I both work abroad, and we recently decided to buy an apartment in Prague, so that we could return to a new home at some point. During one of our regular trips back to the Czech Republic, we visited LEXXUS, chose a beautiful apartment from their selection and decided to finance it using LEXXUS Mortgage services. We were afraid that arranging a mortgage from such a distance might be too complicated, and we would constantly have to travel to the Czech Republic because of it. Fortunately, LEXXUS Mortgage brokers are so experienced and competent, they enabled us to arrange the loan and all necessary documents from abroad, and during our next regular trip back home we just signed the loan contract. We were lucky to choose LEXXUS Mortgage, as I can’t imagine negotiating the mortgage from abroad by ourselves, directly with the bank. Now, we are just looking forward to fulfilling our work commitment abroad and returning to our new apartment.

I recently bought an apartment through the LEXXUS real estate agency in order to invest money. Fortunately, I already have my own place to live. Because I am very busy at work, I didn’t want to waste time on, in my view, useless administrative responsibilities, so I entrusted myself to the complex care of the LEXXUS company and LEXXUS Mortgage, and spent free time with my family. They arranged for me everything needed, and when I compare it to my first mortgage, I only regret that I was not able to take advantage of LEXXUS Mortgage at that time. It cost me time and nerves, which were saved this time. If I buy any property in the future, either as an investment or as a place to live, I know who to turn to with trust.
