How much will I pay for your services?

Nothing. We work completely free of charge for our clients. This is possible because we are paid from bank commission for the arranged mortgage. It is advantageous for all parties – banks save their own capacities and we can work for our clients without them having to pay any fees.

How do I know that you won’t push me into a mortgage with the bank which pays you the highest commission? Are you really independent?

Commissions from all banks are negotiated in the same amount, therefore we do not need to prefer any bank and can choose a solution optimal for the client. We are also a founding member of AHM and observe ethical codes of behaviour towards clients.

Why should I use your services instead of going directly to my bank?

Thanks to close collaboration with the developer and LEXXUS real estate agency as well as detailed knowledge of each project, LEXXUS Mortgage can set up optimal procedures and ideal conditions, so that mortgage financing is as favourable and simple as possible. In addition, financing real property has its specific features in each project, which only LEXXUS Mortgage knows best. It is able to use its strengths to the utmost and eliminate its weaknesses.
Since we know all banks’ offers, we can choose the most suitable solution, which might not be included in the portfolio of the client‘s bank.

How is it possible that LEXXUS Mortgage offers better conditions than the bank itself?

Thanks to the volume of mortgages we regularly arrange with banks, we can offer to our clients more favourable interest rates and other conditions they would not be able to obtain themselves. Do you really collaborate with all banks?

LEXXUS Mortgage collaborates with all mortgage banks and most building and loan associations in the Czech market. Therefore, we can provide you with a complex selection of all suitable solutions for financing your real property, and with our assistance you can decide on the one that’s best for you.

How can you guarantee that if you make a mistake I won’t incur any damages?

LEXXUS Mortgage is covered by professional liability insurance, so if our mistake causes you damages you will be compensated for it. You will get the necessary guarantee by filling out a LEXXUS Mortgage scoring correctly, and subsequently receiving a LEXXUS Mortgage Certificate.
In addition, our internal processes are set up so that we can eliminate any possible mistake right at the beginning, and correct it before it can get „out“.

How long will it take to arrange a mortgage if I decide to use your service?

As soon as we gather all necessary documents, which is for LEXXUS Mortgage a matter of days, the mortgage approval in the bank takes two to seven working days, thanks to pre-set conditions among the LEXXUS real estate agency, developer and the bank. This is followed by an equally important period of drawing the mortgage, which is governed by the project’s payment schedule, and which we take care of for you as well.
